Poor service internet express

I placed an order with sweet celebrations on the 6th of December 2023, they chose internet express as a courier, my package been in Pinetown KZN 07 December 2023 I live in Richard's bay KZN, after endless calls I haven't received my package that I paid R1300 for my order at sweet celebrations, the courier company promise to phone me back now for 3 days, I don't know where my package is, if I phone the courier cellphone nr he ignores my calls, phoned from my sister's phone and he dropped her call, I'm a baker I have wedding cakes that's baked but I can't decorate it now because nobody can tell me where my package is
