POOR SERVICE INTERNET EXPRESS

If I could give zero star I would. Not collecting a packet in 7 days...I requested a refund and they have the audacity to want to charge me 10% . They can go fly a kite.

I will NEVER use them again.shoddy service Nad bad mannered front line staff dropping calls in one face.
