Poor service, I'm still waiting on my parcel.

Poor service In the morning they 08:00am 5thDec they sent a message that my parcel is out for delivery, at 16:00 I called them and they confirmed I'd still get y parcel, an hour later I get a mail saying delivery failed because client's phone is went to voicemail. How would it go to voicemail when I was waiting for the call the whole day, I have no missed calls nor voicemail messages. Today 06th Dec I'm calling and have my call dropped in my ear!!
