Poor service by Internet Express

Very poor service. I bought an item on Bobshop and they took 4 days to pick up the item from the seller. The item has been in transit for 2 days with a promise of delivery tomorrow, 2 days after the initial delivery promise. The courier distance is only 100 km. In contrast I sent a parcel to the Western Cape using Ram Couriers. Three days from collection to delivery. Internet Express has very poor communication. I am done with them and Bobshop. Spare yourself a lot of frustration and rather buy from Takealot or Amazon.
