Poor service and communication

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Internet Express.

Every consultant I have spoken to has been rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my query. I have found their responses dismissive and frustrating, which has only added to my disappointment in the service provided.

Moreover, I am extremely frustrated by the fact that I have had to follow up three times to demand an update on a package that was supposed to have been delivered days ago. Not once have I received any proactive communication from Internet Express regarding any delay or issues.

This lack of communication has significantly inconvenienced me. I set my delivery address as my workplace and because I went on leave, and my package wasn't delivered on time and considering that my residential address is an hour away from my office. I had to make alternative arrangements to receive my parcel.

In short, my experience with Internet Express has been poor and infuriating to say the least.
