Plain & Simple ignores you.

I got an order from a buyer on the 26th, booked the courier same day, waited on the Friday, nobody came, same thing Monday, waited all day, nobody collected, sent an email, no reply back, tried to call the offices, all you get is someone picks up & puts down every time, like they trying to ignore you. If they want to stay open as a company, they need to do the job they paid to do.
