Pathetic service. Horrible if I can put it that way.

Worst courier ever. My parcel has been stuck on "in transit" stage from Thursday till Monday and I need the item like yesterday. Last week Friday I called and was told that the parcel will be re-scheduled to be delivered at my home on Saturday since employees are working on Saturday but guess what. When I checked with them on Saturday morning they told me there was no update on the system about my re-schedule. Fatima then responded to me and said the parcel will definitely be here on Monday but hey nothing at all. When you call them there is no answer. I regret using them.
