Pathetic Service

Express? Ridiculous! The customer service is a joke. My parcel was picked from the shop I bought from and their tracking site 3 days later is still showing in transit. I sent an email to no response till today. I called in and the lady answered like we're old friends who did not have a sense of urgency at all because here I am still waiting for my parcel and yet I'm literally a kilometer away from their warehouse! 5mins away from their building and I have to wait days to get my parcel.
