Pathetic service!!!

<p>I sent my package from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein on 7th October. Exactly how long does a courier company need to deliver a package ****ms away? I could've friggin WALKED to Bloemfontein and I would have delivered the darn thing myself by now! To date,my brother has not received his package, which might I add, he needed for a tournament that happened this PAST weekend!</p> <p> </p> <p>What ANNOYS me even further is the nonchalant attitude I receive from Internet Express! I have on THREE occassions requested an update as to where this package is and I keep getting told my Shannon & Simone that I will get an update. To date, dololo update!</p> <p> </p> <p>I DETEST ****py service with a passion but when combated with bad communication to a client, it just grinds my eye*****!!!</p>
