Pathetic company

I have been billed for a service I didnt use also I was told I will be receiving a new router which I haven't gotten either and for half the month my bill is sitting at R800 and my services is suspended, I have been trying to whatsapp however theres no response, I need wifi as i work from home and now when I try to connect with another service provider I cant cause im still connected with rocketnet yet they cut my services so I dont understand
