Pathetic client care

I booked a collection with IE for a delivery in Mpumulanga via Durban. Delivery takes 2h hrs for main cities (mostly) and 48-72hrs for regional towns. My client has been waiting for 10 days now for her parcel. After numerous emails IE promised delivery on Tuesday, which didnt happen because the driver couldnt pull his finger out of his lazy *********** ass to call either me or the receipient to let us know that he is outside with said delivery. Today ive send an email asking if i have to go to the police to open a case of theft for the parcel to be delivered!!??. Immediately a call came through with million excuses why the parcel havent been delivered yet and the lady said (sic) if you think the service is bad go find someone else. Ex******scuse me????? I asked why the driver didnt call and she couldnt answer. Seriously, ive been using this courier for almost 3 yrs now. How about pulling your stuff together and start being the nifty courier service you have always been? Root out the bad apples, man!! May God help them to deliver that parcel today. You are pathetic beyond words and your attitude is truly laughable. ??
