Pathetic

Good Day

My wife placed an order with yellow sub on the 28 November 2023 , usually this oders take a maximum of 3 days but it's over a week .yesterday Internet Express sent a message the order is out for delivery never came through no communication whatsoever ,yesterday we stayed at home waiting for the delivery to be done when it was cancelled no one bothered to communicate and today we tried tracking we were informed it was returned to the hub , again no communication , your call centre no one ever answers the calls .

@yellow Sub trading internet Express is going to kill your business, with other courier companies you never had such issues.and Please refund the money immediately.call them and see if they will answer.

@internet Express i have never seen such incompetence from your call centre ,customer service and drivers its one mess after the other.
