Overall impression of Internet Express

My verdict of Internet Express: The Good It’s very fast: one package, in the same urban area, was delivered within 48 hours. The other one within 24 hours, and this was from one province to another!

The Bad Their communication via email is slow. It’s clear that they read my mails quickly, because their courier contacted me within an hour by phone, but they don’t reply to emails or online forms until a day or two later.

The Ugly If you phone headquarters, a robot answers your call. Then you are put on hold. After a while, you are cut off. Over and over again.

So, it’s very fast, and cheap (I wonder how little the drivers are getting!), but their communication is very poor.
