Not Internet Not Express

Pretty much the worst service that anyone could imagine. Arranged a collection from a customer. Cancelled the collection 4 days later. They then decided to collect the parcel after the collection was cancelled. Call centre doesn't answer calls A week later the parcel is nowhere to be found.
