No show delivery 6 working days and counting…

I ordered something for delivery from Cape Town to East which was shipped 30th December today is the 10th January and still a no show !!!!

The service here is pathetic I’ve sent them an email (6th January) also which no one has responded too when I gave them a call I was told there is a delay but I should receive it Monday the 9th January.

I no longer want it ! I want a refund
