No refund received despite undertaking

Booked and paid for a delivery on 5 December 2017 and cancelled the same day as no longer needed to have the goods delivered.

Confirmed in writing with banking details supp****.

Only reply is that they are following up or refunds is with the MD to attend to. Six weeks later and no payment/refund received.

No services or expenses incurred.
