No delivery after collection expensive item via bobshop

I was selling an expensive item via bobshop. I opt to drop it to a dineo locker via bobshop. I wrote the waybill and everything on the package. The package was succesfully collected. Now its been over a week and the parcel has not been delivered and there is no clear communication.
