NEVER NEVER USE Internet Express

Extremely dissatisfied. Call center does not answer. Was on the phone 4-5 time for 10+ minutes. Someone has yet to answer. Package was delayed Package 1/2 was delivered. Communication states that delivery was completed. I cannot get hold of anyone for the missing parcel.

They seemed to have given the parcel to the incorrect person now.
