Most useless courier service

My package is out for delivery every day for almost a week. I don't know how these guys do business and manage to make money with such pathetic service. I called and e-mailed, but that just seem to slow them down, rather than firing up the service delivery.

Why do I have to give them a star? They don't deserve it.
