MOST PATHETIC COURIER IN SA - BUSINESS TO BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY

THE ABSOLUTE WORST solution for BUSINESS OWNERS. I am a business owner, i run an online store, I've been using them for over a year now, you can imagine the amount of money that we have spent by the nature of our business "online retail" their service has always been the absolute worst, the manager doesn't give a hoot about ANYTHING you can email them till you blue in the face whether it be a praise or a complaint they do not care. They don't know their pricing at all, they charged me some price for months, then it was different then it was the same, then it was different i mean really?? It must be the most pathetic company I've ever come across, and there are tons since this is SA . Just a friendly warning to all business owners and pvt clients, if you want to offer excellent customer service and really take care of your customers then you definitely DO NOT want to use them. I could go on and on about how it took them 5 days to book a courier once. WORST COURIER SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA -STAY AWAY
