Late deliveries and *****s orders

Absolutely useless courier service, I however am forced to use this atrocious service to receive my supplements from nutricon aswell & creme supreme. With my nutricon order this useless service plans delivery giving notice with a code to retrieve it upon arrival, however they do this for 5 consecutive days giving delivery notices everyday saying it will arrive before 5pm that day and never does. I end up waiting over 2 weeks for an order from this useless service which sets me back on my prep as an athlete hence why I use said supplementation. They always make your delivery late and give a bunch of excuses for not delivering as they had instructed they would.

Thus is the second package this has occurred with so I now will be explaining my frustration with Nutricon aswell and suggest they switch to a different courier service, as its hurting their customers by means of time wasted due to *********** drivers and terrible communication.

With my creme supreme order they arrived for delivery having scanned my parcels for delivery and I received an email saying it would arrive today, upon the delivery vans arrival they said "oh sorry I scanned your parcel and forgot it. Then quickly drove off when I started recording and they marked it as delivered. So this service has essentially stole my order from Creme Supreme. Disgusting.
