Lack of honesty

They final delivered the package after 6 days to the respective client. However, they need to strengthen the business by displaying professionalism at all cost . They should start being honest to themselves so that clients can take them seriously.

One think I have realized, they tend to forget that they dealing with fellow human beings who have trusted them with their packages and they got their own brains. They are not honest with what they update on the tracking portal. They just update lies - it is either they tell you this common narrative “ Excessive route volume or the client is on voicemail or we will deliver tomorrow knowing very well the following day is a weekend and they not gonna do it . “

They say the client is always on VOICEMAIL because they don’t want to account. Since I started using them , they have never said “ a client didn’t pick up a phone “ because they knew it backfires.

I am imagining if I had to courier things to other provinces or international, it is going to be a mess. I mean they struggling with a package from Johannesburg to Pretoria !

I am sick and tired of their incompetence, inconsistent, inconvenient and excuses. The lies that you update in your tracking app to avoid accountability is so disgusting & very unprofessional.
