Just leaves collections hanging...
Express collection requested on the 1st Feb, 9 days later still nothing, has not even been collected yet. IEXPT***

10 Feb 2020, 17:04After my follow up call, i was told that this will be collected and delivered today. Just did a follow up call now, now it's my fault that this unit will only be delivered tomorrow as they are not able to keep with there deliveries, staff gets aggravated when you tell them, fix it. I dont have time for cheeky staff over the phone.
