My parcel has been "out on delivery" since Tuesday. It is now Saturday... They updated the tracking to say that I wasn't available but nobody called me. I sent an email to inquire but no response. Every morning since Tuesday I have received an email and an SMS to say it's out on delivery, but I hear nothing...
