Internet Express worse courier service ever!

This is the worst courier service ever. Do not use them if you value your business and clients. My package was delayed which is understandable as it is festive but... I stayed at home so that I don't miss them, my phone rang and I was too late picking it up as I was in the other room. I went to the gate and saw no one.The driver advised that he was waiting there for a long time which is bs cause I have the view of the gate unless they park in the lots next to the gate. I tried calling them back but it just rang. I emailed them no response. My package was taken back to the hub and it's still laying there. I'm not able to go anywhere because of the fear of missing them again. Other courier drivers will call at least 2 times to get hold of you and If they miss you an attempt would be made the next day again. With this company they just don't give a hoot. I have had 5 deliveries this week no issues at all.
