Ka Selowa - the employee - had been incredibly disgustingly rude to me over the phone when accepting a package. He states I have 2 minutes or he's leaving. To get down there takes about 3/4?

He has left without my knowledge. Never rereads the special instructions. I have been so kind to him, and so nice to him. He just hates me for some reason? Or is this how he is all the time?

Horrible service.
