Internet Express – Terrible Service!

My parcel was due two days ago and still hasn’t arrived. Calling their call center is a nightmare – the phone just keeps ringing for 15–20 minutes with no answer. When someone finally picks up, they are unhelpful. I gave my tracking number, was put on hold for 8 minutes, and then the call was disconnected!

This is completely unacceptable. Internet Express needs to deliver my parcel immediately and fix their customer service.

They not even worthy of the one star ratting.
