Internet Express Is Unreliable, I want to change courier company.

- Package booked Thursday 2nd of May before 12pm. - Webiste says it will be collected between 8am and 5pm on Thursday 2nd May - Sender tells me late afternoon that nobody collected the parcel. - I make enquiries Friday morning. I hear nothing back the entire day until - Fatima Nana repsonds to me at 16:25 Friday the 3rd (almost close of business day). She tells me the shipment was collected on Friday 3rd, no tracking info, and a day later than the website communicated. - She told me she would investigate the matter. I heard nothing back from her, she leaves the discussion.

I looked at the tracking website for the parcel, nothing has happened on tracking...cellected is grayed out, in transit is grayed out, basically, there is 0 update on this shipment Monday morning via a person or tracking website.

I send another request asking what is happening.

- Vusimusi Hlagala now responds saying on Tuesday 7th May (5 days later than booked date) with this response "Apologies on behalf of our collecting partner. We have informed our collecting partner to collect today."

At this point I have lost all fiath in Internet Express, I have spent close to R40 in airtime calling them only listeneing to switchbooards and then dropping me numerous times.

I absolutley hate this entire experience and want to move to a different courier company like Courier Guy. Be warned people, Interenet Express is unreliable and very diffciult to get support with.
