Internet Express is Express Delayed

When a customer politely queries something the ethical thing to do is reply especially if you never deliver the service promised. I requested a courier at 8:00am Express...It was supposed to be delivered the next day especially since it was within the same city. You can at least let me know. Your service in the past was reliable in a way. Your service in the present is unreliable looks like a daunting future if we deliver through your courier.
