Internet Express - do they actually exist or are they a ****?

We received four missed calls in quick succession on our office main incoming telephone line, each one lasting one second. We immediately called the number as we presumed it was a client but there was no response.

We later realised this was the courier who had reported ‘no answer’ to their rejected phone calls when attempting delivery. We can view the street from our office windows and there were no delivery vehicles outside at the time of the missed calls.

It’s now 16:25 and we have not been able to get through to Internet Express’ call centre all day (our reception has been on hold since all day, and the calls are just ended after a holding period) and have had no response to emails.
