Internet Express Couriers Nightmare

Terrible service. No communication, untruthful and just careless with your parcel. Don't even care to respond to resolve problems. Worst mistake. I booked a parcel PTA to CTN overnight airfreight paid in full. They called me 10:30am stating parcel cleared ,then 11:30 parcel will be delivered after 1pm it's now 5pm nobody answering calls everyone silent not even whatsapp
