Internet Express Couriers BAD SERVICE

I have been waiting since Wednesday 30 November 2022 for a delivery that they collected on Tuesday from the supplier. Everyday it is out on delivery every evening it gets returned to the warehouse. I called them this morning (Saturday) to ask what is happening with my delivery. They phoned the driver and it was established that he was delivering goods about 5km away from me and that I would be his next stop. Still waiting and now they are closed. This is a product that I needed for today!! What a useless lying bunch of people. Thank you for ruining my day!!!
