Internet Express Couriers

I ordered red wriggler worms from Gardening.co.za. THeir service was great. Product was delivered to courier company on time. My product arrived in Cape Town on Wednesday morning and was scheduled for delivery on the saem day. Package never arrived. Tracker showed me after an update that the parcel was enroute on Thursday. Never arrived. When I phoned on Friday morning, the controller promised that the gooda would be delivered by 11h00. To my absolute surprise, the courier arrives at my gate at 11h10 and asks me for the package which he needs to collect from me????? I told him that I was waiting for my delivery. 15 Minutes later, he arrives back at my gate with the package. The responsible manager, Johan, does not answer calls nor emails. I would definitely not recommend using this company at all.
