paid insurance for a parcel - happily take the money, goods was damages ( yes it was used but still in working condition) - I specify fragile no fragile stickers on the item at all , item was in working condition before it was shipped, damaged in shipping and they refuse to pay out as they don't insure used goods but nowhere can you specify on their website it is used, select insurance option does not have a provision linked to it so you as consumer do not know what is or not insured - claim and they just send you term and conditions even after they take your money for insurance , I will never use them again - it was bbubble wrapped they did not put any fragile stickers on it at all
