Internet Express a GARBAGE courier provider

BOB Shop uses for couriering a company INTERNET EXPRESS. On the 29 Nov while still waiting for the delivery of an item (BOBEG6SJXB), I got a messge on my phone the the item was delivered. I was stunned, as I received nothing, in spite of having a PIN code to validate the received parcel. Clearly someone used the code and got the package. I heard a motorcycle noise and went outside only to find out the Internet Express guy who dropped the parcel to someone else and PUT THE CODE BY HIMSELF that the prcel was delivered. WHAT IS THE POINT OF GIVING SUCH CODES IF ANY CRETIN or ***** CAN PUT IT AND CLAIM THE DELIVERY COMPLETED? Just to mentioned that the "driver" was a black african, whi could not speak a word, but only muttered sounds like he was about the die. This is disgusting for BOB Shop to make use of such ******* services form Internet Express. Furthermore, I cannot understand why BobShop does not use a collection point? at least one can interact with competent humans not with retards
