Internet express

I give them 0.on 18/12/23 evening I booked internet express,they only came to collect my parcel on the 21st evening after callin them numerous times.it was for a job application that was closing on the 29th.they never said anything till I called them on the 29 th to make a follow up,they don’t even update parcel details so the tracking number is also useless.whrn I called the head office in Pretoria the lady told m it wasn’t their fault that the parcel was stil in Polokwane .so I angrily told them to keep the parcel coz it was no longer useful since it was suppose to b in Gauteng by the 29th.they were so quick to send an email about me requesting to cancel the delivery.i decided not to use other couriers coz of trusted it wil take my things on time .they didn’t even bother to apologise and I used my last money to book it 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
