Internet Express

on the 11th of March internet express has collected a package from my company, it was very important documents that had to be delivered at my insurance company, so in the first week, no one knew where my parcel was or if it even was delivered, its today the 4th of april, still no one knows what happened to the parcel and apparently no one cares, in the mean time my insurance can't process the claim and I cannot buy a car so i can get to where i need to be.

DONALD AT INTERNET INSURANCE, who is apparently a manager just says i have to reapply for the papers which will take up to 4 weeks and they will imburse me on the application , as if that solves the dilema of everything,

The worst part is they all admit to the parcel beieng misplaced, but take no responsibility for it, one says the driver doesnt know where he delivered it but no signature is shown to proove delivery, another says its lost, the fact remains the parcel was not delivered to the person specified - Donald will escalate the issue to his superiors, who will contact me - as yet no one called me
