My delivery is 3 days late. Every morning I receive an automated sms and email stating my parcel is out for delivery. Each time, there's a different driver assigned to deliver my parcel. Tuesday it was Nelson Mandela who was scheduled to deliver it, on Wednesday it was Beyonce who was scheduled to deliver it, today it is Oprah who is scheduled to deliver it. Im sure tomorrow it will be Jesus himself who will be scheduled to deliver my parcel. No one is forcing you to stay in business. Are you all using one car or what? Ngicela i parcela lami Bantu bankosi. Or take my parcel back where you collected it from and refund me. Then I will fetch it myself. You literally have one job!! One job!! Yoh bathong!
