How can this even be a courier company.
I sent a parcel with internet express last week Tuesday of an item which I had left in JHB and need to be sent to CT. The item is worth a lot of money. After a few days of not hearing anything, I called IE only to find out that my parcel had been allocated a "manual waybill number" and could not be tracked. I called my friend who had handed over the parcel and she told me that she was never given any manual waybill number or any document to sign. This to me is sounds a lot like theft. The service I have received is DISGUSTING. I cannot believe that this is how a courier company runs their business: allocating random waybill numbers to parcels and then losing them in the system. I will never use the services of internet express again and I do not encourage others to either.
