Horrible service

Bad service!!!! Day 2 of waiting at home for a parcel that is " out for delivery ". I called the number on the website, just rings, and then cuts off. I sent a WhatsApp to the number for the Cape Town branch, the person just states that my parcel has been assigned to someone else, then grey ticks my follow up question. I missed a call from the delivery person named in the email notice regarding my parcel, this was the night before I received the email.
