Horrible service.

Horrible service. Worst courier company I’ve ever come across. They have been sitting with my parcel, which was returned to their so called hub twice without proving a reason for non delivery. When I called on Friday, the lady who assisted me told me it’s not possible to collect the parcel on my own, she was just helpless and promised to call back…surely I’ll wait until Jesus come.
