Geoff Milton - Internet Express

As a small business, my interaction with Internet Express has left me reeling. They collected a very expensive item for me to go into production, placed it in the back of their vehicle and failed to lock the back door before driving off. This item valued at R15k was then ****** from the back of their vehicle and they are now refusing to reimburse me. They have tried to blame everyone else and refuse to take responsibility for the matter, even going to war with the supplier they collected from for me. They initially offered a full refund and then back-tracked. The owner Geoff Milton has been rude and dismissive and left all involved parties questioning the integrity of how they have handled this situation. They even tried to say that I should have selected an insurance option through UAfrica but there has never been this option and when I pointed this out, no one came back to me.
