Fast, fantastic, reasonably priced service
<p>I was pleased to have found internet express whilst googling "cheap courier options"</p> <p><br /> I had to return items, which I purchased online, at my own expense and who really wants to pay for items you're returning. I was pleased to find internet express offering express courier at R75. Not sure what the normal price as this is a promotional offer. I hope the price stays this way!</p> <p>The capture process is seemlees. Over the last 10days I sent 2 parcels from JHB to CT and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was delivered within 24hours.</p> <p>Shannon has been fantastic with replying to my email queries with speed and providing proof that my items were delivered.</p> <p>Just a few notes on improvement:</p> <p>1. The tracking system could be more efficient to include the proof of delivery note. This way one wouldnt have to query with support. <br />2. On both occasions the courier guy failed to call me on my cell number when he was at reception. Rather he opted to get the recption ladies to call my landline and email me to which I was not available. To top it off I got a rude call from a guy named Fernando (as per true caller) accusing me of not answering my phone and I received an email from a Onismus Mohwaila stating the below:</p> <p>'hi can you please assist the driver is there to collect they trying to call you and you don't answer you phone' (note the tone in the mail, rude and unprofessional)</p>
