Extremely Poor Service

Currently their service is extremely poor. It's a hassle to get your parcel collected and delivered. There always excuses and issues with their services. I paid for my parcel to be couriered overnight. The parcel arrived at the destination city early in the morning around 611am. But later around 11am, I received a call from the company that the parcel will be delivered the next day. Last time it took them 3 days to collect a parcel that was supposed to be shipped over night.
