EXTREMELY HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

HORRIBLE! They do not even deserve one star!

They are LYING that they tried to deliver and never called, claiming they did! I have been waiting by the gate and phone for two days! Nothing, only sms's saying "failed to deliver". Lady by the phone also lies about WhatsApp calls never made! Guy claimed to have called one hour ago, but Truecaller shows he was online 3 hours ago!
