Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I had a terrible experience with this courier company. My parcel went missing for over two weeks, and during that time there was absolutely no communication from their side. I had to constantly be the one calling for updates, and every time I spoke to someone at the call centre, they were either unhelpful or downright rude.

No one could give me a clear answer on where my parcel was or when it would be delivered. After two frustrating weeks, they finally managed to locate it, but even on the day of delivery I still had to follow up myself to make sure it was actually coming.

It’s extremely disappointing to deal with such poor customer service — no accountability, no updates, and no courtesy. I won’t be using their services again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values reliability and basic communication.
