Excellent Service

On Friday, 17 July 2015, I cancelled a service with Fastway Couriers, after waiting 4 days for a parcel to be collected and many promises.<br> <br> On the same Friday, at approximately 23H00, I found Internet Express Couriers online and booked a courier service with them. They, like most other courier companies, don't do normal deliveries over weekends, but on Monday morning, 20 July 2015, at 07H30, I received a confirmation email with the waybill included.<br> <br> What a surprise to get a call on Tuesday morning, 21 July 2015, at 08H15, to inform me that the courier is at the gate with the parcel.<br> <br> Now that is service and other companies can learn from them.
