Driver don't even try to reach you and claim failed delivery

Some of these couriers really like taking their customers for granted. Internet Express is one of them. I received a notification that my parcel was out for delivery. I stayed home the whole day and nothing happened. After 6 pm I receive an email that delivery failed and that they attempted to call me. Such lies! These delivery people don't even try to call sometimes. I was at the flat the whole day waiting for a package that never arrived and the driver didn't even attempt to call like he said. My guess is he tried to use the outservice intercom and then called it quits. What a shame. Internet Express should get their driver in order; we know their tricks. A failed delivery should be a reflection on the driver if they cannot prove the attempt to reach a client.
