Dreadful Experience with Internet express

My experience with internet express has been a complete letdown.

The customer support is unhelpful, making promises they never keep.

My package has still not arrived (2days after notifying it will arrive), with no feedback or resolution despite multiple attempts.

Avoid the frustration - choose a more reliable courier service. Internet Express has a long way to go in terms of customer service and reliability.
