Do not use Internet express! they will rob you!

Internet express could not deliver as promised! They made promises that they could not keep! After a struggle with them, I was promised a refund of R912 in January, more than a month later I'm still waiting! ?Janine tells me I must contact Payu safeshop to track this refund, so I must waste more money on further calls to chase after my money?
